Senate Bill SB 536, the newly reminted Medical Malpractice bill, has passed the House of Delegates by a vote of 53 - 43.

The only thing standing between the bill and the Governor's desk is the Senate, which will vote on it tomorrow! CALL YOUR SENATOR NOW and tell them to vote NO on the House Amendment to SB536.

NOW IS THE TIME for all of RAM's members and their friends in Virginia's House of Medicine to be heard by our Senators!
